Often, they are also carrying work that doesn’t fully exist yet ~ ideas, frameworks, or ways of seeing that are still taking shape. And in the process of bringing that work forward, they find that something unexpected is asked of them: that they, too, must change ~ learning to stay in relationship with what is becoming, rather than rushing to resolve it.
